The Expensive Car Machines Of Celebrity

1. Donald Trump’s Gold Plated JetWhat does it say: I am rich and important, look at me

The always omnipresent desire he has to prove he has arrived is at the forefront of The Donald and his choice of gold plated transportation.
The Donald’s gold plated jet reinforces every bit of the excess we have come to know as his personality. But what does it really say? I need to be the centre of attention.

2. Jay Leno’s Collection of Toys

What does it say: I am a big kid living my childhood dream
Jay’s incredible car collection (that he actually drives), includes everything from a 1934 Rolls-Royce Phantom II to a 1981 DeLorean DMC-12. This is the mark of a true car enthusiast. This type of deep-seated love is developed over a lifetime. Jay was probably the kid with his favourite toy cars tucked into every available pocket, just so he could play with them at recess.  And now he gets to drive the real thing to work.

3. Jerry Seinfeld’s Porsche Fetish
What does it say: I am a playboy, check out my car
To a certain degree I think that most people hold on to a portion of their youth/single lives in some way shape or form. For Jerry, who was a notorious bachelor and 45 before he settled down, this is evidenced by his extensive Porsche collection. The Porsche collection allows him to escape the play dates and remember his playboy routes.
